These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MSLE AI (“the App”), operated by Vipra Design Labs Pvt. Ltd., located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

MSLE AI is an AI-powered nutrition and calorie tracking application. It recognizes food from photos, estimates calories and macronutrients, helps you log meals, and provides personalized nutrition targets and insights.

Features may include AI food recognition, calorie and macro tracking, daily nutrition summaries, goal setting, nutrition insights, progress trends, and optional health integrations such as Apple Health.

MSLE AI provides nutrition information and estimates for general wellness purposes only. Calorie and macronutrient values generated by AI are approximations and may be inaccurate.

The App is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian before making significant dietary changes, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or have a history of eating disorders.

You must be at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent where permitted by law) to use the App.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.

You agree not to misuse the App, including by attempting to reverse-engineer it, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful or harmful content, or using it to violate the rights of others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date through the platform where you subscribed. Refunds are handled per the applicable app store policy and applicable Indian law.

The App, including its design, software, branding, and content (excluding your personal data and meal photos), is the property of Vipra Design Labs Pvt. Ltd. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of the photos and data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of AI-generated nutrition estimates.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Vipra Design Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any health outcomes arising from use of the App.

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in the App or on this page. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
