Delete Your Account
What deletion means
Deleting your account is intended to permanently remove your account and the personal data associated with it, such as your profile, meal logs and conversations, where applicable. This cannot be undone.
Delete your account in the app (iPhone and Android)
- Open MSLE AI and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted from our servers, and you are signed out.
Can't open the app?
Email info@msleai.app from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We will delete your account and confirm by email within 30 days.
Using MSLE AI without an account?
Your data is stored only on your phone. Delete the app to remove it.
Information we may need to keep
Some limited records may need to be retained where required by applicable Indian law, for example for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal claims. These are kept only as long as necessary.
Subscriptions are separate
Deleting your MSLE AI account does not cancel a subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please cancel it in your app store settings first to avoid future charges.
To cancel: on iPhone, open Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, open Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
