What is MSLE AI?
MSLE AI is an AI-powered nutrition and calorie tracking app. Take a photo of your meal and MSLE AI identifies the food, estimates calories, protein, carbs, and fat, and helps you log and understand your daily nutrition.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion at any time by emailing info@msleai.app. We will remove your personal data and meal history in accordance with applicable Indian law.
Is MSLE AI a medical or dietitian service?
No. MSLE AI provides nutrition estimates and insights for general wellness only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified physician or registered dietitian for personal health decisions.
How does Apple Health integration work?
If you choose to connect Apple Health, MSLE AI reads only the categories you authorize — such as steps, active energy, and weight — to add helpful context to your nutrition tracking. You can disconnect the integration at any time.
Who can I contact for billing or subscription questions?
For billing, subscription, or refund questions, please contact us at info@msleai.app. Refunds are handled per the applicable app store policy and applicable Indian law.
