Refunds & Cancellation
You can cancel your MSLE AI subscription at any time. Because purchases are processed by Apple or Google, cancellations and refunds are handled through them.
How to cancel
- Apple: manage your subscription in iPhone Settings under your name, then Subscriptions. Apple instructions
- Google Play: open Google Play, then Payments and subscriptions. Google Play instructions
What cancelling means
Cancelling generally stops future renewals. It does not usually remove access you have already paid for, which normally continues until the end of the current billing period. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription by itself.
Free trials
To avoid being charged, cancel before your free trial ends, using the same app store settings above.
Refunds
Refund requests for purchases processed by Apple or Google are decided by that platform under its own policies. MSLE AI cannot issue refunds directly for these purchases.
